"Our old Canadian Tire trampoline died and since we are big fans, we decided to try an upgraded trampoline.
We ordered a 10 x 17 Apex trampoline from Crazy Ape. It took 2 weeks to receive it from the day we paid for it. The service and response to our queries was quick, spot on and very helpful. A short video was sent to us demonstrating the package to expect and how to open it. The build was straight forward with no hiccups. My 12yo son and Grandma help me with the assembly. We found a small tear in one of the pads vinyl cover that most likely happen during transport. The Crazy Ape Team was quick to send a replacement which was received within a week. We got the performance upgrade on our springs which makes the springs stiffer. My son competes and loves the extra tension for working out! The pads are thick, held together with industrial Velcro and very well designed to cover the springs and easily support adult weight. Best I've seen so far. The frame is galvanized steel, very strong and built to last. All in all, it is an impressive trampoline, well worth the money for the quality and service you get from Crazy Ape.
